Sub-processors
Last updated 23 October 2026
The companies that help us run Travagon and may process the data agencies keep in it.
1.Our sub-processors
| Provider | What they do | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Hosting: the servers, database, file storage and backups that hold all Travagon data | Germany |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Domain name service, encryption in transit and protection against attacks. Traffic passes through their network | Global network; United States company |
| [Email delivery provider] | Sends emails from Travagon: sign-in links, invitations, documents and messages agencies send to customers | [location] |
| Anthropic, PBC | Only if an agency switches them on. The assistant: answers questions about the agency's records, and never receives passport details, card data or payroll. The AI agent: processes customer chat messages to generate replies, with card and passport numbers masked where detected | United States |
2.Services agencies connect themselves
These services are not our sub-processors. An agency connects its own account with them, under its own agreement with that provider, and Travagon exchanges data with them on the agency’s instruction.
| Service | What passes through it |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Card payments and pay links. The agency is the merchant on its own Stripe account; card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach Travagon |
| Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, lead ads) | Messages and contact details between the agency and its customers, and leads from the agency's Meta ad forms |
3.Changes to this list
We will update this page at least 30 days before a new sub-processor starts processing agency data, and agencies can object as set out in our data processing addendum. Questions: [privacy email].
